CANCELLATION POLICY

Magnolia Mane & Co. Salon Policies & Procedures Hair • Beauty • Confidence Welcome to Magnolia Mane & Co.! My goal is to provide every guest with a personalized, relaxing, and luxurious salon experience. To ensure the highest quality of service and respect for everyone’s time, please review the following policies before booking your appointment. Booking & Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments at Magnolia Mane & Co. * Standard services: $20 deposit * Major blonding, balayage, color corrections, and transformations: $40 deposit All deposits are applied toward your final service balance and are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Deposits reserve dedicated appointment time and help cover the time set aside specifically for your service. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment when proper notice is given and the new appointment is scheduled within 30 days, subject to availability. Failure to attend your appointment or cancellation outside the required notice period may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations & Rescheduling I understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances may arise. However, last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill reserved appointment times. * 48 hours or more notice: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without an additional cancellation fee. * Less than 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total may apply. * Same-day cancellations: May result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service total. * No-shows: May result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service total and require prepayment for future bookings. Any applicable deposit will be credited toward the cancellation charge rather than charged in addition to it. All fees are subject to applicable law and must be disclosed and accepted before booking. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future appointments. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure that you receive the full experience and quality of service you deserve. A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled depending on the service booked and the remaining time available. If your appointment cannot be accommodated due to late arrival, your deposit may be forfeited, and a new deposit may be required to rebook. I will never rush a service or compromise the quality of your hair to accommodate a late arrival. Root Retouch Policy Root retouch services are intended for guests with 2 inches or less of regrowth who are maintaining their existing hair color. If your regrowth exceeds 2 inches, your appointment may need to be booked as an all-over color service, starting at $110. Root retouches do not include highlights, bleaching, major color changes, or corrective color work unless specifically included in the service description. Additional color, product, or processing time may affect the final price. If you are unsure which service to select, please reach out before booking so we can choose the appropriate appointment. Additional Product Charges All service prices are starting prices and may vary depending on your hair’s length, thickness, density, condition, and the amount of product required. Additional product charges are as follows: * Extra color: $15 per additional bowl * Extra lightener: $20 per additional bowl * Extra toner/gloss: $15 per additional bowl Guests with extra-long or thick hair may require additional product and processing time to achieve their desired results. Any additional charges will be discussed with you before the extra product is applied so there are no unexpected costs at checkout. Consultations & Hair History Your hair’s health and integrity are always my top priority. All guests are expected to disclose their complete and accurate hair history before receiving chemical services. Please inform me of any previous: * Box dye, professional color, or at-home coloring * Henna or metallic dyes * Bleaching, highlights, or lightening services * Keratin treatments, relaxers, or perms * Chemical straightening or smoothing treatments * Previous color corrections or significant hair damage Certain services, including major blonding transformations and corrective color, may require a consultation or strand test before booking. Some desired results may require multiple appointments, especially when transitioning from dark to light hair or correcting previous color. Reference photos are always welcome and encouraged. However, exact results cannot be guaranteed, as every guest’s hair responds differently based on its history, condition, and natural characteristics. I reserve the right to modify or decline a chemical service if I believe it may compromise the health or integrity of your hair. Hair Adjustments & Satisfaction Policy Your satisfaction is extremely important to me, and I want every guest to leave Magnolia Mane & Co. feeling beautiful and confident. If you have any concerns regarding your completed service, please contact me within 3 calendar days of your appointment so I have the opportunity to address them. Minor adjustments related to the original service and agreed-upon consultation may be provided at no additional charge following an assessment. Complimentary adjustments do not include changing your mind about your original color or style, requesting additional services, or making changes outside the original consultation. These requests will be considered new services and priced accordingly. Completed services are generally nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. All concerns will be handled professionally and evaluated individually.
